Manifestation is real. Over the past year, I’ve been more interested in learning about manifestation than ever before. Here are 3 simple ways to start your manifestation journey!

1. Vision Board

Vision Boards are a great tool to use to start manifesting. You can make a physical one and place it somewhere you will see every day, and you can make a digital one on your phone and save it as your screensaver so that you see it every day. You can also save the digital one as the background on your laptop. Making a vision board is a great way to decide what goals you want to focus on achieving. Placing the vision board where you will see it every day will remind you to stay on track.

2. “3–6–9” Method

The 3–6–9 Method is a simple journal prompt to help organize and manifest your goals. Writing down your goals makes you more likely to achieve them. Here’s an example:

Let’s say I’m manifesting getting a job interview to be a dance teacher at the YMCA. In the morning, I would write down “dance teacher job at the YMCA” 3 times. In the afternoon, I would write down “I got the job interview to become a dance teacher at the YMCA” 6 times. In the evening, I would write “I’m so thankful that I got the job of being a dance teacher at the YMCA, and I love it so much” 9 times. This method encourages you to write down positive affirmations about your manifestation throughout the day.

3. The Power of Tongue and the Shift of Mindset

“I hope I make it” —> “I will make it” or “I made it

Saying you hope something will happen puts doubt into the universe and encourages the negative outcome. If you act as if you achieved your goal, the universe will make this outcome happen for you. Speaking positivity will manifest positivity in your life.

I hope you enjoyed reading about these 3 methods and try them out for yourselves! Let me know your experience with them and comment on your favorite methods that I didn’t mention.
